Following other reviews on the net I had contacted another flooring company who came with better review scores however I didn't get the feeling they were being totally honest with their pricing structure as was proved when LT prices came in. I then contacted LT and from the first call they were amazing. Very thorough, polite and professional. They measured up and offered me exactly what I wanted. No scrimping on 1mm difference in underlay and a very reasonable price.
