"The floor was a luxury vinyl plank, and not cheap but really good quality. What the team were able to do was lay it so it was level across the whole ground floor, including the conservatory, using levelling boards and compound (I think-not sure of the specifics). Anyway the result is a beautiful and really hard wearing floor that buts up completely to the skirting and architraves around doors etc. The team were cheerful and friendly and worked really hard. I was particularly impressed by the effort they made to match the pattern of the grain from one board to the next. It looked great. This was without a doubt a big hit to my budget, but it looks fabulous and I couldn’t be happier"
